Beloved Devotional for Young Ladies

My Beloved Daughter
Two summers ago my youngest daughter asked me, “Why do women not matter? Why are we less important than men?” I was so confused at why she was saying this until she responded, “Even in the message today at church we heard all these woman and how they had to do all these things for men and woman can’t even preach. They are never considered important…just baby makers.”
My heart hurt. I did not want my daughters ever feeling like men were more important, especially to God. But how could I explain this to her. That summer we went through the women of the bible, we didn’t follow any plan we just read all summer about different women in the bible and talked about their importance and how if it weren’t for them what would’ve happened, etc.
Beloved 365 Devotions for Young Women:
In a world like we have today women, especially young women are constantly hearing negative messages. It’s no wonder that many have a lack of self-confidence and go the wrong route or follow the mad version of a man because they think that’s what they deserve. They need to be encouraged, they need to know that they are worth being loved and that one man in particular has always loved them before they were even created.
Beloved will help counteract that with 365-day devotional that will inspire them with positive role models from Scripture. Each new day has a bible verse, relevant devotion paired with a scripture verse about a biblical girl or woman.
I love this even more because as woman sometimes we are taught that ladies in the bible were nothing of importance but that isn’t true and we will be reminded with wonderful women such as Ruth, Esther, Mary, or Abigail. Every page speaks to the pressures and changes girls face, giving them real-world applications to find God in their hearts and in their lives. Do you know a young girl that could use this devotion?

A Beloved Devotional Review by a Teen
Beloved 365 devotions for young women is a encouraging devotional to show young women God’s love for them. It encourages faith, self-confidence, and trust through bible verses. My favorite day so far would be day 9. On day 9, the verse used is Genesis 2:23.
The man said, “This is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; she shall be called ‘woman,’ for she was taken out of man.”
Why the Beloved Devotional is Special to Me
But what makes this day so special to me is that it explains how before Eve brought sin into the world she was God’s image of a perfect women, but humanity just defined her by her mistake. This is important for young women and teens because it shows that even if you are shamed and basically hated by everyone else, God will always see you for how he made you.
Constant Love
Many people forget that and just try to please people so they don’t make mistakes. “Beloved” is filled with constant messages like day 9 that tells the reader that God loves them and that he made them the way they are for a reason. That the reader is loved by God.
