Wordless Wednesday: Dinner Last Night

April 6, 2011 By · 13 Comments

I’m trying out dishes I never would’ve dreamed before my “lifestyle change” and some are good and some not so good. Last night I decided to try a recipe one of my husband’s pals gave me, “Honey glazed stuffed chicken wrapped in bacon.” But as a snack I tried another recipe called “Cauliflower popcorn.”

Honey Glazed Stuffed Chicken

Both were a hit, kids wanted more of the chicken and 3 out of 4 of the kids liked the new popcorn.

Cauliflower popcorn munching

I’ll be posting both recipes in the next post. Happy Wordless Wednesday. What food have you tried making recently?

The chicken sounds delicious…not sure what cauliflower popcorn is (sounds interesting)!
We tried a crock pot pork roast with chicken broth and apricot jam…not as flavorful as I would have liked.

Hm, chicken sounds great. And I’m intrigued by the popcorn. I recently cooked pork chops for the first time ever. And soon I’m going to tackle potato patties. Great shot of the kids munching the treat!

  8. Would LOVE to see the recipe for the Cauliflower Popcorn!
