Water, Water, Water…Do you drink Flavored water?
As many of you know I have been drinking water since January 1st in an effort to lose weight but to also drink/eat healthier for myself and my kids. During this process I have tried downing water every so many hours, putting things in my water and even flavored water. So yesterday I went on a mission to hunt down various flavored waters at Walmart to see what I liked and what I didn’t. Here’s a bit of water I did get:
Vitamin water, I have loved this since 2003 when I first tried losing weight. I absolutely love the dragonfruit but also the neat little sayings on the back of the bottles.
Pure Nestle water, now these are the plain ones. I typically purchase a few cartons (24pk) at a time about every two weeks.
Smart Water, these are the ones you always see Jennifer Aniston caring around. I love the fact they are so tall and taste great cold.
Note: I can’t drink warm water, but I will drink a ton of water if it is ice cold. Plus it burns more calories.
Yesterday I saw a whole section of Clear America waters, these are the sparkling waters with natural flavors in it. I remembered as a kid I use to like something similar that came in glass bottles so I had to try some. I grabbed one of everything but the orange and the lemon. Today the kids and I had a taste test and they fell for these waters, which means I can get them to drink these instead of all the sugary drinks they typically like. Mom is doing GOOD. I love the wild cherry, BalletGirl loved the Key lime as she stated it tasted like Sprite and BabyGirl liked the Strawberry.

I think the waters you remember from when you were a kid were called New York Seltzers. They were so good! I like Dazani for plain water and one of the zero calorie Vitamin Water of the other one… oh man, can’t think of the name, but it has a lizard on it….
