Marsh’s Project 18 approved Healthy Snacks

Have you heard about Marsh’s newest thing? They have a logo called “Project 18 approved” which are all logos they have on the price tags showing you they have been approved as healthy snacks. I don’t know about you but now that summer is here I want my kids to eat all types of healthy snacks and sometimes I just want to grab and not read the entire box. With the logo on the price tag you’ll immediately notice if it is approved or not. Don’t forget normally they have a discount too since many are store brands, simply swipe your card at the end to find any hidden discounts going on.

To view all the wonderful summer snacks they have on the list check out my Intersect story. Eliza shops Marsh for #Project 18 Approved The kids enjoyed making their own trail mix, I loved introducing them to taco salads. I’ve always ordered mine at Taco Bell, etc but making them at home is so much better and healthier for you because you know what you are putting in them. I bought some beans, cheese, sun chips, salad mix (lettuce/tomato/black olive) and tossed it all together. Kids loved it. Their trail mix consisted of peanuts, sunflowers and bits of chocolate. Peanut butter is also part of that list and if your family is like mine that is a staple in our home. Peanut butter goes great in quick shakes/smoothies, sandwiches, on crackers/celery/apples, etc. What do you use for summer snacks?

Don’t forget in order to see what types of snacks are on this list to view them at #Project18 approved

I am loving this new website too, I use to use whrrl until they stopped letting you check in. This site allows you to add a certain amount of pictures, edit each one to say something and write a short story about what you did, where and on what date. You should check that out.

(Disclosure: This shop has been compensated as part of a social shopper insights study for Collective Bias. All pictures, items I bought and opinions are mine alone.)

  1. I never thought of putting Sun Chips into a taco salad. Great idea!
