Wordless Wednesday: Spirit Week

October 22, 2014 By · No Comments

It’s Spirit Week for my High School Children which means each day has been something new. I will share Monday and Tuesday with you. Now I did not do pictures every day because I was kind of upset with the school.

This was for Super Hero vs Villain Day on Monday. She wanted Batman. Once she got to school they immediately made her wash it off before 1st period. No masks. I didn’t have a mask on her, this was paint. She was kind of bummed.

Today is “Fake an injury day” I kind of expect to get called up. I’m sorry but if you don’t really want them to dress up just don’t have a week like this. Am I
right? No notes came home stating how they could or could not dress up, only a tiny sheet stating the days of the week. Thursday is Powder Puff which is also when my son will be a cheerleader, I can’t wait to take photos for ya’l. ;) Happy Wednesday. Don’t forget to drop your link.

Wordless Wednesday: Toddler Smiles

I just love these little smiles he gives me. How can one possibly have a frown when they get a smile like that?

Wordless Wednesday: Toddlers Love the Boxes Best

September 10, 2014 By · 21 Comments

Chances are if you have a child you already know that the best gift you can give a toddler is a BOX. Right? The other day I found Nicoli throwing his foam pieces (we use as a floor mat) all over the room, I peeked around the corner to see why it got so quiet and this is what I found.

Yep, he cleared the box of all the foam pieces we didn’t already have on the floor so he could get in and sit in it. I swear as a parent you never have to spend much on your little ones because they are only going to like what the toy comes in….the BOX. I mean you tell me that grin doesn’t say it.

He was giggling and went right back to playing after I took the shot. Yesterday I got a review in the mail which he happily started taking things out for me before I could get them near the fridge (it was fridge food) because he wanted the box. Only 16 months old but he knows how much fun these boxes are.

Wordless Wednesday: School Started

September 3, 2014 By · No Comments

It was a bit of an adjustment this year getting the kids off to school. I now have two in elementary and two in high school but that wasn’t the adjustment. Not so sure how I will deal with having a freshman and a senior just yet, let me get back to you on that. But the adjustment…

As you can see in the center of the photo Nicoli does NOT like them leaving after being with him every day of the summer. Not to worry we’ll pull through this. Happy WW!

Wordless Wednesday: My Beautiful BabyGirl

July 24, 2014 By · No Comments

Happy Wordless Wednesday!! Here is a picture of my beautiful BabyGirl, her hair is long enough to be donated again. I explained she may want to wait a few more months though. Amazed at how much she has changed in just a year’s time. (this year first and last year last)
