First Son: Barron Trump

November 9, 2016 By · No Comments

The White House Kids: First Sons

This morning I watched the re-runs of Donald Trump stepping in as the President-elect. I couldn’t help but notice the mini me standing off just behind him. That’s right, behind the podium where his Father was giving a speech to all his supporters stood Barron Trump, son to Donald and Melania. The 10 year old had a tired face, you can see he was struggling to stay awake to support his father. First Son: Barron Trump looks tall for his age, unlike my son who is still trying to catch up to his peers in height. Immediately I looked over at my own son who was just getting ready for school and smiled with pride.

Barron Trump Watches Dad give his Victory Speech

Here’s a few quick facts about Barron:

  • He’s the youngest of 5 of Donald’s children.
  • He’s an only child of Donald and Melania
  • He’s a little cutie.Nicknamed “Little Donald”
  • According to his mom, he loves to dress nice over comfy.
  • Yes, he was sleepy last night. But he probably wanted to stay awake to find out.

Here’s a few thoughts:

Up Past Bedtime: SO WHAT!
Yes, Barron was up past his bed time as many have pointed out due to his tired look when his dad gave his Victory Speech. Guess what, it happens. How many of you have ever had a child that wanted to wait up until the New Year just so they can celebrate with you? I’m almost certain this little boy loves his dad so much that he wanted to be a part of the family.

He wanted to see whether or not his dad would become the next President of the United States of America. Do you blame him? Wouldn’t you have wanted to see that if you’d watched your dad get this far? It’s amazing! He has to be so proud of his father. I’m glad this little boy got to be part of such an important event/moment in his family.

Trolls Trailer & Giveaway

October 24, 2016 By · 213 Comments

I remember playing with the Trolls dolls all the time. Heck, I collected them and loved to get every single one I could find. There was just something about all the different colored hair and then styling them in unique looks. Am I right? They were the coolest thing, now they are BACK. Surprisingly I don’t have a single one, until about two weeks ago when I saw they had them inside cereal boxes! I definitely want to see the Trolls movie and I want to start my collection all over again. I have the perfect place for the little guys/gals….MY DESK! So who wants to see the movie!

TROLLS – Coming to Theaters November 4 , 2016

From the creators of Shrek comes DreamWorks Animation’s Trolls, a smart, funny and irreverent comedy about the search for happiness, and just how far some will go to get it. This hilarious film transports audiences to a colorful, wondrous world populated by the overly optimistic Trolls, who have a constant dance in their step and a song on their lips, and the comically pessimistic Bergens, who are only happy when they have trolls in their stomachs.

TROLLS

After the Bergens invade Troll Village, Poppy (Kendrick), the happiest Troll ever born, and the overly-cautious curmudgeonly Branch (Timberlake) set off on a journey to rescue her friends. Together, this mismatched duo embarks on a rescue mission full of adventure and mishaps – trying to tolerate each other long enough to get the job done.
